Integrated Management System Policy Statement

Preamble

What is meant by an Integrated Quality Management System?

• Integrated means "combined"; putting all the Company's Internal Management Practices into one system but not as separate components.
• Management: For these systems to be an integral part of the Company's Management System there have to be linkages so that the boundaries between processes are seamless.
• System: An integrated management system (IMS) is a Management System which integrates all components of a business into one coherent system to enable the achievement of its purpose and mission.

Policy Statement

Arabian International Contracting WLL., (AIC) is committed to providing an Integrated Management System (IMS) as a medium for the benefit of all Staff, Visitors and Neighbours alike.

The IMS will envelop ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

The Company Management is committed to monitoring and controlling all forms of wastage, pollution and harmful emissions to the atmosphere, by way of, dedicated executives, staff and resources in order to improve and achieve the goals of creating a safe living and working environment.

Compliance with governmental regulatory authority codes and legal byelaws form an obligatory part of the IMS and will be adhered to by the Company and Stakeholders.

A policy of continual improvement will be applied to the set IMS objectives and communicated to all Stakeholders, Suppliers and Visitors.

The successful implementation and operation of the IMS depends on the consistent cooperation of all stakeholders.
